Thank you for your interest in our services!

Your application will consist of the following documents:

Original fingerprints (done at our offices either in Cape Town or Johannesburg) If you are not in these cities you will have to have the fingerprints done at your local police station, commissioner of oath or any official fingerprint taker.
Clear copy of your ID/passport (does not need to be certified)

We can arrange our courier company to collect the documents at your address if it is not an outline or regional area.

We expedite at a cost of R4968.00 inclusive of fingerprints and domestic courier, provided that the applicant is not based in an outlying area.

International courier is not a requirement for South African clients, but can be arranged at an additional cost (R1863.00 Incl. VAT) should you require to courier the original certificate abroad.

Payment is expected before processing has begun.

International Clients

You will need to visit the following places to have your fingerprints done for your application:

South African Embassy (if you are located nearby)
Local police station
Or, any official fingerprint taker

Once you have completed your fingerprints, your application will consist of your original fingerprints and a clear copy of your ID or passport. You will then need to courier the documents to:

We provide a full service at the cost of R4968.00 Incl. VAT per applicant, if you require the document to be collected or delivered to you, the cost for International courier is R1863.00 Incl. VAT. Please note that payment is expected before any processing can be done.

We can collect the documents from your home/office provided that you are not in an outlying area.

Pay online and email your payment to info@policeclear.co.za and a consultant will contact you to arrange for the collection of the documents.

South African Clients

Here’s how it works:

Fingerprints can be done at your local Embassy/Consulate in the country you are in.

We can also email you a copy of the application form you can use for the fingerprints, or this can obtained from the Embassy/Consulate.

Pay online and email your payment to info@policeclear.co.za and a consultant will contact you to arrange for the collection of the documents.

International Clients

Once you have completed your fingerprints, your application will consist of your original fingerprints and a clear copy of your ID or passport. You will then need to courier the documents to:
